摘要
随着我国加入世贸组织进程的加快 ,国内立法中与世界贸易组织的规定不相一致的地方需要尽快与之协调一致。通过对我国利用外资立法中在国民待遇方面存在的不足进行分析 ,提出要依照世贸协定体系构造我国的涉外投资法 。
Accompanied with the quicken process of joining the World Trade Organization of our country day by day, the differences among domestic legislation and the regulation of World Trade Organization should be coordinated the same as soon as possible. In the article the author analyses the shortage on the treatment for the people of a nation in the legislation of the utilization of foreign capital. Put forward according to the agreement system of World Trade Organization to construct related to abroad investment law of our country so as to offer the external environment of egual competition for different kinds of the main body of markets.
