摘要
根据多年对潜水泵排水系统的研究及煤矿抗灾泵站的设计经验,提出采用卧泵加潜水泵排水方案替代传统的井底中央泵房加防水闸门方案的观点,大大提高了矿井抵抗水灾的能力,使防治水工作由被动堵水变为主动防治水。实践证明,对有突水淹井危险的矿井,卧泵加矿用潜水泵排水系统是解决矿井正常排水和抗灾抢险排水的有效方案。
According to many years study on the water drainage system with submersible pump and the design experiences on the bumping station design for mine water disaster prevention and control, the horizontal pump plus submersible pump water drainage plan was applied to replace the traditional central pumping chamber plus the water gate plan in the mine shaft bottom. Thus the capacity of the mine water disaster prevention and control could highly improved and the mine water prevention and control could be changed fl'om a passive water sealing to active mine water prevention and control. The practices showed that in a mine with mine water inrush and flooding dangers, the horizontal pump plus submersible pump water drainage system would be the effective solution to solve the mine normal water drainage and the water drainage of mine disaster and mine rescue.
