基于统一潮流控制器的配电环网潮流优化控制策略 被引量:31

Control Strategies for UPFC-Based Optimal Power Flow of Distribution Network With Normally Closed-Loop Operation

摘要 双电源配电环网是实现配电网故障无缝自愈、有效解决短时停电问题的基础,但配电环网中潮流呈自然分布,且缺乏有效的调节手段,统一潮流控制器(unified power flowcontroller,UPFC)可对环网潮流进行控制,但需突破其经济性瓶颈。为此,在调节功率一定时,以负荷节点电压与环网两端馈线出力极限为约束条件,分别以UPFC输出的有功功率和视在功率最小为目标,提出了潮流控制策略。仿真结果表明2种优化控制策略能够满足配电环网潮流调度要求,且兼顾了UPFC应用的经济性。 Normally closed loop distribution network with double power supplies is the basis to realize the seamless fault self-healing and avoid the temporary interruption. However the power flow in closed loop distribution network distributes naturally and it is short of effective regulation means. Unified power flow controller (UPFC) can be used to control power flow flexibly in closed loop distribution network, but it is necessary to make a breakthrough at the economic bottleneck that restricts the application of adopting UPFC in closed loop distribution network. For this reason, taking the voltage deviation at load nodes and the power output limits of feeders at both terminals of the closed loop distribution network as constraints, two power flow control strategies, in which the active power output and the apparent power output of UPFC are taken as objectives respectively, are proposed when the adjusted power is fixed. Simulation results show that the proposed two optimization control strategies can meet the demand of power flow dispatching of closed loop distribution network, and the economy of applying UPFC is also considered.
