摘要
配电网转供能力是电网可靠性和自愈能力评估的重要指标,其计算的难点主要集中在故障发生或设备紧急停役时恢复非故障区域供电路径的选择上。提出基于公共信息模型(common information model,CIM)对电网进行拓扑分析,实现分支的收缩处理,寻找网络重构的关键节点,实现故障点隔离和非故障区域负荷恢复最大的转供能力算法。以某实际典型电网为例,针对N 1故障进行配电网转供能力分析与计算,验证了所提算法的有效性。
Transfer capability of distribution network is an important index to assess the reliability and self-healing capability of power grid, and difficulties of power transfer capability calculation mainly focus on the choice of recovery path of non-fault region when blackout or contingency happens. An algorithm based on common information model (CIM) model is presented in this paper to analyze the grid structure topology, reduce branch lines, find key nodes for network reconstruction and achieve maximum grid power transfer capability when they are put into operation. Taking a typical power network as example, the analysis and calculation of transfer capability of distribution network under N-1 fault are performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
