摘要
首先探讨网络环境下用户信息交互行为的一般特性,继而分析信息交互行为和信息质量的关系,最后从微观用户、中观系统、宏观环境3个层面分析影响信息质量因素。
This article firstly discusses the general characteristics of user information interaction behavior in the network environment,then analyzes the relationships between information interaction behavior and information quality.Finally,the article analyzes the factors affecting the information quality from the 3 levels,that is,user,system and environment.
