摘要
1987—1988年,研究60份东北春大豆品种(系)脂肪蛋白质含量与种子萌发期耐低温的关系。二年的结果表明,大豆脂肪含量与发芽势呈极显著正相关(r分别为0.4985和0.5041)。内豆1号、合交83—1698、绥82—203、合辐84—480、合丰27号在低温条件下发芽势明显高于其它供试材料。
The relationship between fat and protein content of soybean and tolerance to low temperature in seeds germination period of 60 varieties or lines was studied in northeast region, China during 1987-1988.The results for 2 years displayed, that high postitive correation was shown between fat content and germination vigour (r was 0.4985·2 and 0.5041·2 respectively). Under the low temperature condition, the germination vigour of Neidou-1, Hejiao 83-1698,Sui 82-203,Hefu 84-480,Hefeng 27 were higher than the other tested seeds.
