介绍了在１００兆快速以太网的环境下，机器只有ＢＩＯＳ无操作系统支持，如何通过网卡启动ＲＯＭ，向Ｕｎｉｘ下载服务器发起下载请求，并利用ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ网络协议下载获得系统软件映象，存入内存执行的原理和过程。
The paper expounds the principle and procedure how the machine sends request to Unix server, loads down the system software mirror image, stores the image and executes it based on TCP/IP by NIC (Network Interface Card) booting ROM.
