摘要
在论述电信话务异常分析的任务和难点的基础上，试图将神经网络信息处理方法引入话务异常分析中，给出了话务异常分析的一般神经网络模型结构，并给出了一些实际测试结果。
Based on the discussion of telecommunication exception analyzing tasks and difficulties, This paper introduced the neural nets in the analyzing of telecommunication exception. The applied general architecture of neural network and some test results are also given in this paper.
