摘要
本研究对30个芥菜型油菜自交系的12个数量性状进行了主成分分析和聚类分析。前五个主成分对变异的贡献率达86.57%。一个优良的自交系应是第二、三、四、五主成分值高和第一主成分值较高。30个自交系被分成七类。
Cluster analysis as well as principal component analysis were performed for 12 quantitative characters of 30 inbred lines of rape genotypes (Brassica juncea L. ) .The contribution rate to total variation of population from first to fifth of principal component reached over 86.57 percent. The thirty genotypes were grouped into seven clusters by hierarchical clustering method.
