摘要
对某型万向叉车行走驱动液压系统进行了原理设计、技术指标计算和主要部件选型,分析了万向叉车采用液压行走驱动的优点和必要性,液压驱动方式具有优越的动力性能、良好的低速稳定性、可靠的通过性以及结构紧凑等优点.计算和论证结果表明,该液压系统设计合理,部件选型恰当,能够达到预期设计要求.
In this study, the principle design, together with design specification calculation and major component selection, is first conducted on the hydraulic driving system of universal forklift trucks. Then, the strength and necessity of hydraulic driving are analyzed. Accordingly, the hydraulic driving mode possesses such strengths as good power performance, high low-speed stability, reliable passing capability and struc- tural compactness. Finally, it is found from calculation and demonstration results that the proposed hydraulic system with rational design and component selection can meet the expected design requirements.
