摘要
针对频谱硬件设计原理及方案,分析了影响频谱分析仪测试精度的因素:分辨率带宽、对数检波、频响以及输入信号动态等。并针对这些因素设计了相应的校准流程,有效地解决了由于这些因素而产生的频谱仪自动校准问题,该校准方案完全能够满足对频谱仪校准的指标要求,并在仪器设计中得到了验证。
Considering spectrum analyzer-related design concept and scheme, factors like RBW （resolution bandwidth） , logarithm detection, frequency response and input signal dynamic range which affecting analyzer accuracy were analyzed and their calibrating process were designed as the spectrum analyzer calibration required, the process of designing spectrum analyzer has this scheme well verified.
