摘要
本文对复方苯酚糊剂闭塞输卵管与腹部小切口绝育术进行了比较。结果说明前者具有手术简单迅速、不需麻醉及住院、绝育效果肯定可靠(成功率为99.6%),术中和术后并发症轻、恢复快等优点,从而具有较高的实用价值。尤其适宜于农村开展绝育手术。但因本法术后不能做复通手术,故只有1个孩子者不宜采用。
