摘要
目的通过研究印度医药专利战略对其制药业及医药专利的影响,为我国制定医药产业战略提供信息支持。方法对印度《专利法》修改前后的医药专利战略进行剖析,以Derwent Analytics为工具,分析印度近5年的医药发明专利数据。结果与结论印度的医药专利战略促进了医药产业快速发展,促进本土医药产业原始性创新,拓展了广泛的研发合作模式,值得我国借鉴。
Objective To provide information support for developing medical industry strategies in China through analysis of the impact of Indian medical patent strategy on its pharmaceutical industry and medical patents. Methods Indian medical patent strategies before and after the revision of the Indian Patent Law were studied and medical patents of invention in India during the past five years were analyzed by Derwent Analytics. Results and Conclusion Indian medical patent strategies promoted rapid development of the Indian pharmaceutical industry, supported its original innovation and expanded extensive research and development modes. It is useful for our country.
