摘要 目的为补充或替代现有热原检测方法提供参考。方法对国内外相关文献进行检索分析,总结体外热原检测的新方法。结果与结论体外热原检测新方法可检测多种热原物质,消除种属差异,实现标准化。但新方法还有许多不可忽视的缺陷,仍需要进一步研究和完善。 Objective To provide references for supplementing or replacing the existing pyrogen tests. Methods The domestic and international relevant literatures were retrieved and analyzed, and in vitro pyrogen test methods were summarized. Results and Conclusion The new in vitro pyrogen test methods can eliminate the species differences, detect various types of pyrogen, and be standardized. However, the new methods still have many defects which can not be ignored and need to be improved in further.
