摘要
目的建立HPLC-MS-MS法测定血浆中多潘立酮含量的不确定度分析方法。方法建立计算人血浆中多潘立酮含量不确定度的数学模型,找出影响不确定度的因素,并对各个不确定度分量进行评估。结果计算各变量的不确定度,最终给出测量结果的扩展不确定度和置信水平。结论采用本方法评估测量不确定度,方法合理。
Objective To establish a HPLC-MS MS method for determining the uncertainty of assay for domperidone in human plasma. Methods A mathematic model for calculating uncertainty was established, the factors influencing the uncertainty were determined and each component of the uncertainty was assessed. Results Each variable of uncertainty was evaluated, the expanded uncertainty and confidence level were finally obtained. Conclusion This method is reliable and reasonable in measurement uncertainty evaluation.
