摘要
目的探讨微波联合湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效及护理措施。方法将门诊治疗的宫颈糜烂患者随机分成两组,治疗组63例应用微波联合MEBO治疗,对照组62例单纯应用微波治疗,观察两组疗效并总结护理体会。结果治疗组有效率为96.83%,对照组有效率为93.55%,两组疗效差异无统计学意义。两组痊愈患者创面愈合时间比较,治疗组较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论用微波治疗宫颈糜烂疗效确切,微波联合MEBO治疗宫颈糜烂可明显缩短创面愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and nursing interventions of microwave therapy combined with MEBO in the treatment of cervical erosions. Methods Patients with a cervical erosion in the Outpatient Department were divided randomly into an experimental group （63 patients ） treated by microwave therapy with MEBO and a control group （62 patients） treated by microwave therapy only. The clinical efficacy and nursing experience of both groups were ob- served and summarized. Results The effective rate in the experimental group was 96. 83% while it was 93.55% in the control group without statistical significance. Comparing the healing time in the two groups indicated that the healing time in the experimental group shortened significantly compared to that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Although microwave therapy can simply be used in the treatment of a cervical erosion with reliable therapeutic effects, microwave therapy combined with MEBO can significantly shorten the healing time of a cervical erosion, and therefore is worthy to be pro- moted and popularized in clinics.
