摘要
目的探讨应用耳后筋膜皮瓣修复颅骨缺损钛板修复术后长期不愈创面的效果。方法对3例颅骨缺损钛板板修复术后长期不愈创面术中彻底切除病灶组织后均采用耳后筋膜皮瓣修复创面,皮瓣切取范围为2 cm×1 cm～3 cm×4 cm。供区均采用直接缝合创面治疗。结果术后皮瓣顺利成活,供受区创面均Ⅰ期愈合。随访6～12个月,均无明显瘢痕增生。结论耳后筋膜瓣修复颅骨缺损异物修复术后创面可以达到修复创面的目的 ,是减少异物排斥反应的最佳治疗方法。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of a retro auricular fascial flap in repairing the refractory wound of skull defects after titanium prosthesis. Methods The wound was covered with a retro auricular fascial flap after removing the focus completely. Flap sizes ranging from 2 cm× 1 cm to 3 cm × 4 cm were designed and donor sites were sutured directly. Results Flaps survived successfully. The incisions in both the donor and recipient areas healed after the first intervention. There was no obvious scarring during the 6 months to 1 year follow - up. Conclusion The retro auricular fascial flap is effective in repairing the incisions after foreign body prosthesis in the head, and it is an optimal therapy of reducing foreign body rejection.
