摘要
本文旨在综合分析婴幼儿的生理特点和烧伤发病现状,为婴幼儿烧烫伤的全身系统治疗与局部创面处理提供依据。作者收集了近年来在专业杂志及烧伤专著中记载的相关内容,分析了患儿的生理特点、烧烫伤原因、发病季节、诊断标准、治疗方法及其疗效。致伤因素以热液为主,与成人同等致伤因素相比,婴幼儿烧烫伤后易发生休克、少尿、水与电解质失衡及创面加深等病症。加强全身系统治疗有助于内脏功能的维护,采用烧伤湿性医疗技术与湿润烧伤膏(MEBT/MEBO)治疗可减少不显性失水量,促进创面愈合和患儿康复。
This paper focuses on analyzing the physiological features and the current state of infant burns, aiming to provide a reference for systemic treatment and wound management. In this paper, relevant materials published in professional magazines and books in recent years were collected in order to analyze the physiological features, causes, peak seasons, diagnosis criteria of infant bums as well as treatment methods and their effieacies. The involved patients were mostly hurt by hot liquid. Infants are more likely to develop shock, oliguria, water and electrolyte imbalance as well as wound deepening and etc. compared with adults with the same burns. Enhancing the systemic treatment contributes to the protection of internal organs and MEBT/MEBO can reduce invisible water loss and promote wound healing.
