摘要
本文结合广州萝岗区科翔路220kV电缆隧道顶管施工2、3号工作井及其隧道区间周边建筑物及地表的变形监测实例,系统介绍了施工变形监测方法、测点布设、监测频率、监测警戒值确定及监测成果等内容。通过变形监测数据的分析,总结了顶管施工过程中支护结构和周边地表的变形规律及产生机理,特别是异常数据的分析及安全预测,确保了施工现场和周围环境的安全,可供类似工程参考。
Combined with the deformation monitoring of Guangzhou Luogang Kexiang Road 220kV cable tunnel No. 2 and 3 working well and its surrounding buildings and ground, this paper systematically introduces the method of construction deformation monitoring, disposition of monitoring spots, monitoring frequency, determination method of monitoring alarm value and monitoring results. Through the analysis of deformation monitoring data, this paper summarizes the deformation pattern and its mechanism of supporting structure and surrounding surface in the construction process of pipe jacking, particularly the analysis and prediction of abnormal data for safety, which can be referenced by similar engineering.
