婴儿促纤维增生型星形细胞瘤一例 被引量：7

摘要 患者女，12岁，头疼、头昏数年，近半个月症状渐重，于2011年3月21日人院，无恶心、呕吐，无抽搐。体格检查未见异常，神经系统专科检查均正常。 影像表现：MRI平扫示右额叶囊实性占位，境界较清，大小约8．4cn×7．3cm×6．4cm。邻近骨质受压变薄，右侧脑事前角受，E变形，中线尚居中。病变内信号较混杂，中心囊性部分T，WI呈低信号，T2WI星高信号；
