小切口微创交锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨骨折 被引量：3

摘要 下肢长骨骨折是常见的骨折，由于其解剖特点，如治疗方法选择不当，容易导致骨折延迟愈合、不愈合等多种并发症。2002年6月-2011年6月，我院应用带锁髓内钉治疗86例，效果满意。 1临床资料 本组86例，男47例，女39例；年龄22-63岁，平均46岁。其中股骨骨折22例，胫骨骨折64例。粉碎性骨折40例，单纯性骨折46例。
