内淋巴囊肿瘤误诊为颈静脉球瘤1例

摘要 目的总结内淋巴囊肿瘤(ELST)的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析1例ELST病人的临床资料,采用扩大迷路入路手术。结果术后MRI证实肿瘤全切,KPS评分90分,予γ-刀放射治疗。随访1年,病人生存良好,无复发。结论 ELST的诊断需结合影像学和病理检查,并尽早行手术治疗。
