摘要
本实验发现清醒大鼠海马复合峰电位细胞(简称Cs细胞)的每一丛状放电中峰电位的数目(简称NSEB值)及丛内峰电位频率(简称IBSF值)是维持相对恒定的;大多数海马CS细胞具有其各自独特的NSEB及IBSF值的分布规律;不同类型的海马CS细胞之间(第Ⅰ型~第Ⅲ型)NSEB及IBSF值分布的差异较相同类型的CS细胞之间NSEB及IBSF值的差异更为显著。这提示大多数海马CS细胞具有其各自独特且相对恒定的丛状放电特征。侧脑室内注入致癫剂红藻氨酸后,在一定时间内可使正常海马CS细胞丛状放电的特征发生至少两方面的变化:(1)NSEB及IBSF值显著增大;(2)不同海马CS细胞之间NSEB及IBSF值的差异程度降低,从而使CS细胞表现出典型的高频癫痫样丛状放电。
In this study, hippocampal complex spike cells (CS cells) were found; to be able to maintain a relatively stable and unique distributions of the number of. spikes in each burst (NSEB) and intraburst spike frequency (IBSF) in the awake rat. Most hippocampal CS cells had their own unique distributions of NSEB and IBSF. The difference in NSEB and IBSF distributions between different types of CS cells was more prominent than that between different cells of the same type (types Ⅰ-Ⅲ).This suggests that most hippocampal CS cells have relatively stable and distinct burst characteristics. Intracerebroventricular injection of kainic acid, a potent convulsant agent, could change the normal burst characteristics of hippocampal CS cells at least in two ways: (1) NSEB and IBSF values significantly increased; (2) the difference of NSEB and IBSF distributions between CS cells decreased, and thus hippocampal CS cells were made to fire typical high frequency epileptiform bursts.
