摘要
本文分析了当前医学专科教育临床医学专业学生内科学实践操作能力不断下降的原因，提出了完善充实校内外内科学实践教学基地建设，加强内科学实践教学师资队伍建设，构建科学合理的内科学实践教学体系，构建严格的内科学实践教学管理体系，建立适应新形势需要的内科学实践考核体系等5项措施，以提高临床医学专业专科学生内科学实践操作能力。
Analyzing the declining causes of students＇ operating skills of internal medicine in medical vocational colleges, this article puts forward the following measures： improving the teaching base building in and outside the school further, strengthening the faculty building of the internal medicine practical teaching further, constructing more scientific and rational practical teaching system and strict practical teaching management system, building up practical testing system adapting to new situations. Based on the above measures, we can develop the students＇ operating skills of internal medicine in medical vocational colleges.
