摘要
就如何建设山东电力调度数据通信网络提出了分步实施方案 ,较详细地阐述调度数据网络系统的构成和应用的功能。对采取的技术路线和实现的方法简单进行了论述。
In this paper,the sequential implementation plan to construct ShanDong electric power dispatching data communication network is brought forward,the constitution and functions of the dispatching data communication network are expounded,the implementation method and technical approach are discussed simply.
