摘要
本文考察了喃氟啶脂质体在荷瘤小鼠体内的分布。选用了接种S_(180)肉瘤的小鼠,用高效液相色谱法测定各组织中的含药量。实验结果表明,喃氟啶脂质体在肿瘤部位的分布高于其它组织,而文献报道喃氟啶原药在肾脏的分布高于肿瘤部位,提示了喃氟啶制成脂质体后对靶区有更大的亲和力。
The distribution of Ftorafur(FT-207)Liposome in the body of mice inoculatedwith Sarcoma S180 was studied.The drug concentration in tissue was determinedby HPLC.The results showed that FT-207 liposome distributed in the tissue oftumour was higher than that in other tissue.However,other references have re-ported that the largest amount of FT-207 was found in the kidney,when FT-207solution was injected.This demonstrated that FT-207 liposome had greater affin-ity for target cells.
