摘要
目的 :观察 OU R- RGSγ刀治疗垂体病效果。方法 :1997年 1月至 1999年 6月 ,应用旋转式伽玛刀治疗垂体腺瘤 184例。其中 89例获得随访 ,随访期 6～ 2 4个月 ,平均 14个月。结果 :肿瘤控制生长率达 97.6 %。症状改善率达 76 .4% ,激素水平下降或恢复正常达 75 .5 % ,无死亡 ,无严重并发症。结论 :此方法对腺瘤效果满意。
objective:To sum up the effect of stereotactic radiosurgery for pituitary adenoma.Methods:184 patients with pituitary adenoma were treated by stereotactic radiosurgery with rotating gamma system(RGS).89 cases of 184 pituitary adenoma were investigated.There were 36 non-function tumor (NF-T) and 53 function tumor (F-T) (PRL 35,GH 11,ACTH 4 and Mixed 3)。The average marginal dose of NF T was 13.5 Gy (ranged 8 to 15 Gy),and that of F-T was 22.4 Gy (ranged 12 to 35 Gy) Result:The median follow-up period after RGS radiosurgery was 14 months (ranged from 6 to 24 months), and results were presented;control of tumor growth was achieved in 97 6% of all. A significant decrease or normalization of excessive hormone product was seen in 75 5% of F-T patients.TWenty-nine patients with visual field defect or visual disturbance has improved after RGS therapy.One patient with huge tumor has visual worse due to swelling with central necrosis after therapy 4 months and underwent transsphenoidal operation.Conclusion: Utlizing rotating gamma system for treating pituitary adenoma,the results are satisfying.
