摘要
本文以反相高效液相色谱法对5名健康受试者进行了体内羟丙茶碱药代动力学的初步研究,口服400mg 单剂量后的血药浓度按单室一级吸收模型拟合药一时曲线,求得各项动力学参数,并对30名患者进行了稳态血药浓度的监测.
The pharmacokinetics of 5 healthy volunteers who took 400mg proxyphlli-ne in single dose,were studied by RP—HPLC.A Single compartment model,andfirst order processes were obtained.The steady state plasma concentration of 30patients was monitored.
