摘要
本文报告用水溶性基质配制成吡哌酸栓,解决了小儿及老年人的用药,并用紫外分光光度法测定其含量,结果表明,水溶性基质对吡哌酸的含量测定无影响。
Pipemidic acid suppository was prepavred using water soluble base,which may be useful for the infants &.senile patients.the content was deter-mined with ultraviolet spectrophotometry,the results showed that the water solu-ble base had no influence on the determination of pipemidie acid
