摘要
本文阐述了数据库及电子数据库的基本概念,分析了电子数据库知识产权保护中的法律问题,结合欧美国家关于数据库知识产权保护的立法实践与探索,提出我国应对电子数据库知识产权保护问题的对策。
The paper analyzes the concept of database and electronic database, discusses legal protection of electronic database. Referring to the US and European laws and regulations, the paper puts forward the countermeasures on legal protection of electronic databases.
