摘要
目的了解铅作业对工人健康状况的影响。方法对无锡市2011年上半年铅作业人员上岗前和在岗期间职业健康检查结果进行分析,率的比较采用χ2检验,血中铅含量均值的比较采用u检验。结果铅作业人员在岗期间神经衰弱症状的阳性发生率显著高于上岗前作业人员(P<0.01),在岗期间铅作业人员心电图、肝功能异常,膝反射消失,血中铅含量超标显著高于上岗前作业人员(P<0.01)。结论铅对作业人员的身体健康产生一定的危害,应引起有关部门的高度重视。特别要加强女性铅作业人员的健康保护。
[Objective]To investigate the effect of lead on health condition of lead-exposed workers.[Methods]Occupational health examination results of lead-exposed workers before post and during the post were analyzed in the first half of 2011.Chi-square test was used to compare rates,and u test was used to compare the mean value of blood Lead.[Results] The positive rate of neurasthenia in lead-exposed workers during the post was significantly higher than that of workers before post（P0.01）.Abnormal rate of ECG,liver function,abolition of knee reflex and urinary lead in lead-exposed workers during the post was significantly higher than those of the workers before post.（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Lead can cause a certain harm on the health of operation workers which should attached more attention from related department,especially for the female workers with lead exposure.
