摘要
目的:了解苏州市食用碘的加工厂、批发部、零售店和居民户应用情况。为消除碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学据。方法:按照GB/T13025.7-1999进行检测。结果:2009年-2011年,苏州市碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均高于95%。结论:2009年-2011年,苏州市碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均达到国家标准。
Objective：To understand the status of edible iodine in processing factories,wholesale department,retail department and household in Suzhou and provide scientific basis for prevention and control work of iodine deficiency disease.Methods： According to GB/T13025.7-1999,the samples were detected.Results： The results showed that in 2009-2011,the qualified rate of iodized salt,coverage rate of iodized salt,edible rate of qualified iodized salt were higher than 95% in Suzhou.Conclusion： During 2009-2011,the qualified rate of iodized salt in Suzhou has reached the national standard.
