摘要
运用吸湿 -回干处理的方法 ,对人工老化番茄种子进行了实验处理 ,结果发现 ,它能明显减少种子电解质渗漏和丙二醛 ( MDA)含量 ,增强超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)、过氧化氢酶 ( CAT)活性和种子呼吸强度 ,进而提高种子活力。并且还表明 :吸湿 -回干处理增强 SOD,CAT活性和减少电解质渗漏、MDA含量的作用与 RNA和蛋白质合成无关 ,但其增强呼吸强度的作用却与 RNA和蛋白质合成有关系。另外 ,还对吸湿 -回干处理提高人工老化种子活力的可能机制进行了讨论。
Tomato ( lycopersicon esculentum Mill) seeds of artificial aging were treated by Hydration- dyhydration,solute leakage and MDA contentwere reduced,SOD,CAT activitiesand respiratory rate were all increased,so the seeds vigorwasenhanced. Buttomato seeds of artificialaging were treated in the presence of AMD,CHM or chloramphenicol in the process of hydration of hydration- dyhydration,activities of SOD and CAT were also increased,solute leakage and MDA content were also reduced,but respiration was inhibited. The results indicated:the enhancementof SOD and CAT activities,the reduction of solute leakage and MDA content through hydration- dyhydration as well,were all not related to RNA and protein synthesis,but the enhancement of respiration was related to that.The possible mechanism of enhancement of artificial aging tomato seeds vigor by ydration- dyhydration was also discussed.
