综合外科监护病房产超广谱β内酰胺酶细菌感染的流行病学调查 被引量：1

摘要 在全球范围内，产超广谱230022内酰胺酶（ESBL）细菌的增长呈现上升的趋势。在美国纽约的布鲁克林15家医院的数据显示，肺炎克雷伯菌的ESBL阳性率已经达到了44％。我国在临床实践中也发现ESBL的高检出率，产ESBL细菌可以带来一系列的不良预后。我们采取对照研究的方法，对医院综合外科监护病房（SICU）产ESBL细菌的流行病学进行调查，现报告如下。
