摘要
目的:探讨推拿结合针刺治疗小儿外感咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:随机抽取116例外感咳嗽患儿分为试验组62例,采用小儿推拿手法辨证治疗并配以针刺。对照组54例,只采用小儿推拿手法辨证治疗。结果:试验组的总有效率95.2%明显高于对照组(70.4%),两组患者的总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用小儿推拿手法辨证治疗并配以针刺对小儿外感咳嗽治愈率高,见效快,无副作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of massage acupuncture treatment on treating cough in children.Methods： 116 cases of children with flu cough were randomly divided into experimental group（n=62） were treated by match plus acupuncture.The control group（n=54）,only given tui na massage.Results： The total effective rate of the experimental group（95.2%） was higher than that in the control group（70.4%）,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： The massage technique plus acupuncture has high cure rate,good effect,was worthy of clinical application in treating cough in children.
