摘要
关于人民币汇率近期是否应作调整 ,本文回答了以下几个问题 :一、人民币汇率近期面临着怎样的压力 ;二、推动我国经济增长是否应当或可能启用汇率政策 ;三、人民币汇率下调能否有效增加出口与外资流入 ;四、人民币汇率如要下调应如何操作。
As to whether RMB exchange rate will be adjusted in the near future, the essay provides answers to the following issues: (1) pressure on the RMB exchange rate in the near future, (2) exchange rate policy and our national economic growth, (3) downward adjustment of RMB exchange rate, export and foreign capital inflow and, (4) practical instructions for a possible downward adjustment.
