摘要
廉洁文化作为医院文化的重要组成部分,与医院文化互相影响、互相渗透、互相促进。廉洁文化建设具有重要意义,它不仅可以净化医院内部的小环境,更可以化解日益尖锐的医患矛盾。在医院文化建设中弘扬廉洁精神,营造出健康、文明、廉洁、和谐的医疗环境具有战略性的意义。本文就医院廉洁文化建设的重要性、内涵核心以及如何进行实践探索等展开讨论。
Probity culture as the principal part of the hospital culture, hospital culture influence each other, permeate each other, promote each other. The honest cultural construction has an important meaning, it can not only clean the hospital internal environment, it can therefore resolve the increasingly acute contradictions between doctors and patients.In hospital culture construction to promote honest spirit, creating a healthy, civilized, clean-fingered, harmonious medical environment has strategic meaning.In this paper the importance of hospital construction of incorruptible culture, the core connotation and how to carry out the practice spread to discuss.
