摘要
论述了中国石化工程建设有限公司(SEI)的电子文件管理标准制度的构建和对电子文档管理系统的意义。目前,电子文件已经成为文件的主要载体并承担着重大作用,如何实现电子文件管理的标准化建设,实现从文档产生、批准、发布、升版、作废的整个生命周期内的过程管理,已经成为倍受重视和关注的问题。SEI顺应时代的发展,通过探索和实践,改变了传统的文档管理模式,充分借鉴了国外工程公司的经验与模式,逐步形成了一套适合自己的项目电子文件管理标准制度,并应用到公司项目电子文件管理系统中去。
This paper discusses the construction of Electronic Document Management Standard in SINOPEC Engineering Incorporation(SEI) and its effect on electronic document management system.Currently electronic documents are the main carrier of document and assume a significant role.How to achieve the standardization construction of electronic document management and realize the process management throughout the entire life cycle of document from generation,approval,publication,revision to invalidation has become an issue widely concerned.Conforming to the development of the times,SEI changed the traditional document management mode based on its explorations and practices,fully drew on the experiences and modes of international engineering companies,gradually formed a project electronic document management standard for its needs,and applied it to its project electronic document management system.
