摘要
展望世界,公民教育的推动者们希望借助媒介教育的力量,使学生积极生活于现代信息社会和行使公民权利。当前,英国、加拿大、美国、澳大利亚、芬兰、法国、德国、日本等国,甚至我国的台湾、香港等地区都已将媒介教育纳入中小学的公民教育体系,通过媒介教育令公民教育更出色已成为一种国际趋势。本文对其兴起的背景、意义价值以及途径进行清晰的说明,并在此基础上提出对我国公民教育的启示。
Throughout the world, civic education promoters are hoping the media power of education to enable students to live an active life in the modern information society and to exercise their civic rights. At present, Britain, Canada, United States, Australia, Finland, France, Germany, Japan and other countries, even China＇s Taiwan, Hong Kong and other regions have integrated the media education into civic education system of primary and secondary schools, and it has become an international trend to make better civic education through the medium of education. This article elaborates on its background and significance of values and ways, and gives suggestions for China＇s civic education.
