摘要
山东省是我国粮食主要生产基地,农业总产值连续多年蝉联全国第一,特别是21世纪以来,农业产值增加迅速,农业生产条件改善明显,农业发展成果突出,但依然存在制约农业产业转型及现代化的瓶颈。提高农业生产效率,是消除农业发展瓶颈,促进农业稳定健康发展的有效途径。采用数据包络分析法(DEA),对"十一五"期间山东省各市农业投入产出效率进行研究,并根据农业生产效率测算结果,提出提高农业生产效率的对策建议。
Shandong Province is the main grain production base in China, and its total agricultural output stays the top for many years. Especially since 21 st century, with the rapid increase of agricultural output along with the significant improvement of the condition for agricultural production, the agricultural development has gained notable achievement, but there still exists restrictions to block the industrial transformation and modernization of agriculture. Improving the agricultural productionb efficiency is an effective way to eliminate the restrictions and promote stable and healthy agricultural development. Applying DEA method to this study, this paper attempts to do a research on the agricultural input -output efficiency in 17 cities during the llth Five -year Plan period and work out the result in order to present strategies and suggestions to improve the agricultural production＇s efficiency.
