摘要
本文研究总结了685例慢性辐射工作者20年来眼晶体系统的动态变化资料。发现慢性辐射性晶体损伤有其特定的部位、病变形态及转变过程和发病率。探讨本病发病机制、鉴别诊断、与辐射剂量的关系及其对慢性放射病的诊断价值。提出慢性辐射性晶体损伤诊断标准的设想,为慢性辐射损伤的早期诊断和防治提供理论依据。
This paper observed the relationships among site, dose, pathological morphology, pathogenesis, incidence, and diagnostic criteria in retrospectively evaluating 685 cases of chronic radiation-induced lens damage. We conclude that early diagnosis together with protective measures are indispensible to proventing and treating radiation-induced lens damage.
