摘要
目的探讨临床路径在冠心病介入诊疗患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将2010年1~6月在本院心内科住院行介入诊疗冠心病患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组按照临床路径表实施健康教育,对照组按照传统方法实施健康教育。结果观察组患者的疾病认知度、护理满意度和出院后生活方式依从性明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论应用临床路径对冠心病介入诊疗患者实施健康教育是一种科学合理的教育方式,使健康教育目标更加明确化,可明显提高患者对健康教育内容的掌握程度,促进患者早日康复,并有助于提高健康教育的效果和患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical path in health education for patients with coronary artery disease treated with in- terventional therapy. Methods A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The observation group was received health education according to the clinical pathway, control group was received traditional health education. Results The disease cognition, satisfaction with nursing care after hospital discharge and compliance of life style of the observa- tion group patients were significantly superior to those of control group patients. Conclusions The application of clinical path in the health education of patients with coronary artery disease treated with interventional therapy is a kind of scientific and reasonable education. It can significantly improve the effects of health education and the degree of satisfaction to the nursing work.
