现代农业示范区运行模式对绩效影响机理研究被引量：20

摘要在以往研究基础上,总结归纳现代农业示范区运行模式的内涵,从制度安排的角度分析运行模式对绩效影响的机理,对政府主体型、企业主体型和合作社主体型三种运行模式的绩效表现差异进行分析。研究认为通过制度的创新和优化,有针对性地改善不同运行模式园区发展中存在的问题,可以实现园区绩效的持续提升,不同运行模式制度改进的方向不同。政府主体型园区应注重培育企业的植根性及优化调整产权制度结构;企业主体型园区内利益相关主体应建立紧密的利益联结关系并引导产业化经营纵深发展;合作社主体型园区应注重引导合作社组织发展和建立完善投融资制度。
