白血病细胞相关抑制活性的测定及其影响因素的探讨

摘要 本文用体外软琼脂培养法检测白血病细胞条件培养液(LCCM)对正常骨髓粒单系祖细胞(CFU-GM)生长的作用,发现白血病患者LCCM中有白血病细胞相关抑制活性(LCIA)。并发现LCIA与细胞数量、孵育时间及加入浓度等因素有关,低温保存,加热56°C30min和90°C15min均不影响其抑制作用。 Leukemic cell condition medium (LCCM) from patients with leukemia were examined with soft agar colony assay method for CFU-GM for their inhibi- tory activity. There is leukemic cell-associated inhibitory activity (LCIA) in low density marrow and blood ceils condition medium from patients with leukemia. Method and effect factors of LCIA levels were studied. The results suggest that LCIA levels are in correlation with quantity of low density cells, incubation time of cells and concentration. Low temperature stored and heat treatment 56℃ 30 min, 90℃ 15 min cannot reduce the inhibitory effect of LCIA.
