摘要
本文报道了一种水牛黄的鉴别和化学成分分析的方法,结果表明水牛黄与天然牛黄和牛?草结在外观性状,显微特征,薄层层析,紫外光谱,红外光谱,胆红素和胆酸含量等方面均具有明显的差别,不可作牛黄供药用。
The experimental results for discriminating and
determining cow-bezoar, buffalo-bezoar and cow-
sheep′s piliconcretion were described. It was shown that
buffalo-bezoar differs from cow-sheep′s piliconcretion
and cow-bezoar in macroscopical, microscopical, thin
layer chromatography, ultraviolet spectrum, infrared
spectrum, contents of bilirubin and cholic acid. For
this reason, the Buffalo-bezoar and cow-sheep′s pilicon-
cretion couldn′t be used as a medicine as cow-be-
zoar.
