摘要
文章建立了一个包含人力资本结构变量的增长模型,分离了人力资本结构的增长效应,并阐述了人力资本结构对经济增长的作用机理和路径。研究结果表明,人力资本结构是经济增长的重要影响因素,提高异质性人力资本在生产中的份额,提高人力资本的异质性程度,可以实现规模报酬递增,在非均衡增长路径上提高经济增长效率,促进经济发展方式转变。
This paper establishes a growth model involving the structure of human capital, separates its effect to economic growth, and expounds mechanism and the path to economic growth. The result reveals that the internal structure of human capital is significant in determining growth efficiency. It increases the idiosyncratic human capital rate as well as the level of idiosyncrasy, and it implies an optimization of human capital structure. These changes will bring an increasing return to scale and thus enhance the growth efficiency
