摘要
检测了53例迟脉和58例数脉患者的心功能，结果显示，两组患者均有左心功能损伤，迟脉组总外周阻力增高，血流缓慢；数脉组总外周阻力降低，血流加速，与正常对照组均有显著差异因此，导致迟脉患者表现寒证。
The cardiac function of the 53 cases with slow pulse and 58 cases with rapid pulse were investigated. The results showed that their left cardiac function was damaged, increased total peripheral resistance and flowed slowly blood of the patients with slow pulse group, but lowed total peripheral resistance and accelerated blood flow of the patients with rapid pulse group. There was markedly difference compared with control; So the patients with slow pulse showed cold syndrome and the patients with rapid pulse deficiency.
