摘要
犬瘟热病毒属副粘病毒科麻疹病毒属成员,食肉目各科动物均有感染报道,但主要感染犬、狼、貂、狐等动物,发病率、死亡率较高,给养殖业带来巨大的经济损失。因此注射疫苗、尽早诊断本病并及时采取相应的防治措施是减少损失的有效手段。本文阐述了犬瘟热病毒的检测方法,以期为该病毒的研究提供参考。
Canine distemper virus （CDV） falls under the Morbillivirus genus of the Paramyxoviridae family of viruses. There are reports of CDV infecting animals in the order Carnivora, but CDV primarily infects animals such as dogs, wolves, foxes, ferrets, and minks. The infection has a high mortality rate and causes enormous economy loss to the live- stock industry. Therefore, vaccination and earlier diagnosis are effective ways to reduce the loss caused by the infection. This paper reviews methods of diagnosing CDV to provide a reference for CDV research.
