摘要
推导出红细胞膜的准弹性激光散射功率谱线宽与细胞膜变形能力以及弯曲模量的关系并在实验上以显微激光散射技术在无扰、原位、实时情况下实施了对单个活态红细胞细胞膜变形能力以及弯曲模量的测量。
The relation between the quasi-elastic light scatte ring spectrum from a red blood cell (RBC) membrane and the elastic properties of the membrane including the deformability and the bending modulus is developed, and proved by the experiment performed on single intact RBC with microscope laser light scattering spectroscopy.
