摘要
互校能有效发挥校对人员素质和能力互补的整体优势,是提高学报编校质量、促进学报健康发展的有效途径。在多数高校学报实行责任编辑负责制的情况下,只有编辑都具有高尚的职业道德素质、良好的业务素质和浓厚的质量意识,真正从为作者服务、为读者服务、为社会服务出发,才能切实提高互校工作的实际效果。
Mutual prontread can efl＇ieiently bring the editors＇ qualities and abilities into full play, so it is an effective way to improve the qualities of editing and proofreading, and promote the heahhy development of journals. At present, in the ease of editor responsibility system, editors must have noble occupation morality, good professional qualities, strong quality sense, and start from service for authors, readers and society. Only in this way can we really improve the actual effect of mutual proofread of journals.
